- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items, following hotel's recipes and standards
- Take responsibility for your specific section of the kitchen, managing the daily operations and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Contribute to the creation and development of new dishes and menus, bringing innovative ideas and suggestions to the culinary team.
- Recent experience in a la carte dining, preferably in hotels or fine dining.
- Strong culinary skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for food.
- Qualification in Kitchen Production
- Demonstrated in-depth skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
- A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast paced customer service environment
