- Source and close new business to consistently exceed quarterly quotas.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospect, host online demos, create proposals, and close deals.
- Build a deep understanding of Verkada's products and their place in the industry.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and expert-level forecasting.
- Exceed goals through a mix of outbound calls, emails, online demos, and trials.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and channel partners.
- Partner with Solution Engineers to ensure smooth product launches and drive future growth.
- Provide market and client feedback to the product and engineering teams.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to advise and educate clients.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive, and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
