
Customer Service Officer

- Provide exceptional customer service when processing orders and dealing with customer enquiries
- Process customer orders via Salesforce and Business Central
- Ensure appropriate response to customer requests, queries, complaints, or issues
- Liaise with other parts of the business (e.g., warehouse & finance) to keep customers updated on any changes to the expected arrival of their goods
- Previous experience working in a high-volume Customer + Administration support role (phones and email)
- Previous experience with processing orders - highly desirable
- Previous experience with Salesforce and/or MS Dynamics 365 Business Central - highly desirable
