
Customer Service Officer

- Handle a high volume of customer enquiries via phone and email
- Work closely with the wider team to schedule service calls for the Service Delivery Coordinators and Technicians
- Liaise with Service Technicians to ensure they have the relevant information to efficiently complete jobs
- Capture all service call information in the company system - Salesforce
- Provide updates to customers on the status of the job and services
- Previous experience working in high volume customer service (phones and/or email) - essential
- Previous experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM - essential
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Previous experience working in a similar organisation (commercial equipment, manufacturing, operations) - desirable
