Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor on a major project
Proven experience in successfully delivering large work packages
Experience in delivering FRP works, structures or civil earthworks
Excellent awareness of, and attitude toward Safety
High level verbal and written communication skills
Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions for the project
Effective communication and builds positive relationships with clients, project team, management, suppliers and subcontractors
Previous experience with budget control and site delivery management
Self-motivated
Exceptional Team Leadership skills
Computer literacy on MS systems & Outlook
