
Payroll and HR Administrator

- 12-month FTC, part-time position.

- Processing end-to-end payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation.
- Handle payroll queries and provide support to employees regarding entitlements.
- Collaborate with HR to update policies and procedures as needed.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with superannuation, taxation and award requirements.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks and projects.
- 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in a range of payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and awards.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
