Fuse Recruitment is working with a well-established and growing insurance brokerage in Melbourne’s south-east, currently seeking an Insurance Broker with 2+ years’ experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage your own small portfolio while working closely with a Senior Broker to level up your career, this role offers hands-on exposure to technical placements, strong mentorship, and a supportive team environment.🌟 What’s On Offer:

✨ What You'll Be Doing:
  • Manage and service your own small portfolio of SME- Mid Market clients
  • Support a Senior Broker working with high-value and complex risks
  • Prepare new business quotes, renewals, and policy documents
  • Collaborate with a dedicated processing team to streamline your workflow
  • Learn and grow in a team that values knowledge sharing and development
✅ What You’ll Need:
  • 2+ years of broking experience (commercial preferred)
  • Tier 1 (or working towards) and solid insurance industry understanding
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset and strong client service skills
  • Desire to grow your exposure to complex risks and technical placements
