
Assessing Support Officer

- Review assessment reports for errors, missing details, and attachments
- Compile supporting documentation (images, quotes, estimates, etc.)
- Upload reports to insurer platforms or send via email
- Make follow-up calls to verify report details as needed
- Set tasks and reminders to ensure report progression
- Ensure reports are submitted within 24 hours of receipt into your worklist
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail — you spot typos and inconsistencies easily
- Confidence using digital systems and data entry tools
- Ability to manage time and prioritise a busy workflow
- A team mindset with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable following processes and adapting to procedural changes
