They have developed a strong reputation for excellence in the industry with a collaborative, motivated and forward-thinking environment where every team member's contribution is valued and recognised.ABOUT THE POSITION.This is an opportunity for a Estimator who is looking to join a motivated and driven team and contribute on a diverse range of projects. In this role, you will be pivotal to the lifecycle of a project, from the feasibility of the project to the completion.DUTIES.

Manage Pre-Contract and Post-Contract stages.
Preparing detailed Estimates of the Engineering Services Trades.
Reviewing and negotiating Engineering Services components of Variations.
Preparing Assessments of Works in Progress of the Engineering Services components of Progress Claims

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

A bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management (Majoring in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Estimation
Exposure to MEP projects.
Currently holding a membership in an accredited professional organisation (e.g. RICS, AIQS) is desirable.
