- Manage end-to-end fortnightly payroll processing for all staff.
- Ensure compliance with EBAs, Awards, and relevant legislation.
- Reconcile PAYG, superannuation, and other deductions.
- Maintain and validate payroll data within HRIS (Chris21).
- Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support system upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide training and support for employee self-service platforms.
- Collaborate on organisational development projects and initiatives
- 2 years Payroll experience, at least 6 months with Chris21.
- Proven experience in high-volume payroll environments.
- Advanced skills in HRIS (Chris21 preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
