Highly sought after 12-month fixed term position with a leading global company with an office located in Dandenong South, seeking a professional HR & Payroll Officer who enjoys variety and helping businesses achieve sales targets & goals!Our ClientGlobal leader in air, fluid, energy, and medical technologies. With over three hundred years of combined experience, they are at the forefront of innovation.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Officer who is wanting to step up and join a professional, dynamic & fast paced team environment.In this role you will oversee the end – end HR operations through the employee life cycle, including on boarding and off boarding whilst co-ordinating and processing payroll for employees across multiple sites.Role Requirements:
  • Oversee end – end HR operations
  • Ensure HR practices comply with Australian employment laws & policies
  • Up to date knowledge of Australian employment legislation
  • Experience processing weekly payroll for employees
  • Liaise with external payroll providers
  • Manage workers compensation processes including claims lodgement
  • Support hiring managers through the recruitment process
Key Competencies
  • Processing weekly payroll
  • 3+ years’ experience in HR
  • Degree in Human Resources
  • High level of detail and accuracy in HR and payroll operations.
