Our broad range of industry experience is complemented by our global expertiseCheck out our team on our website:What You'll DoIn this role, you'll work with a team on Controls & Integration projects under the guidance of a senior team member. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting in the design and documentation of projects involving BMS, EPMS, and smart building platforms
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop control strategies and integration solutions
Researching and implementing smart sensor and data-driven performance strategies
Preparing technical documentation and managing construction phase services
Ensuring compliance with WSP's quality assurance and project delivery standards

About you

2-5 years of experience delivering building projects within an engineering consultancy or controls vendor environment.
A relevant engineering degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering-or equivalent industry experience.
Proven ability to collaborate with MEP engineers, providing technical expertise in data analytics and control strategies.
Experience preparing technical documentation (e.g. specifications, schematics, reports) and managing construction phase services.
Demonstrated capability in managing project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
A collaborative mindset, enthusiasm for innovation, and commitment to delivering technically strong and efficient project outcomes
