We're looking for a highly skilled and strategic leader to take on the role of Head of Transmission Customers & Growth and drive our transmission customer strategy and growth agenda.The role will be responsible for:

Leading a high-performing team, to manage existing transmission customers and promote new connections.
Provide strategic technical and commercial advice on transmission connections and regulatory frameworks.
Build strong partnerships with customers, government and industry to deliver growth and investment through collaboration and influence.
Oversee key customer and commercial agreements, ensuring compliance, risk management and opportunity realisation.
Contribute to policy and advocacy to support major energy investment in Tasmania.

About youYou are an influential and strategic leader with a deep understanding of the Australian energy industry, the National Electricity Market and the transmission regulatory environment. You bring a proven ability to shape strategy, influence policy and drive commercial outcomes in a complex, regulated environment.To succeed in this role, you'll have:

A Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or a related field.
Demonstrated capability to lead, inspire and develop high-performing teams.
Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement, policy advocacy and driving cultural change.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to lead complex conversations.
A proven ability to influence, negotiate and deliver results.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse trends, set financial targets and drive effective strategies.
A collaborative, adaptable approach, with the ability to balance customer, regulatory and business outcomes.
