Eligibility: S26 transferKey Responsibilities
- Develop and embed enterprise capability policies and processes.
- Provide evidence-based policy advice and support capability planning across the organisation.
- Deliver secretariat support to senior governance committees and forums.
- Build and maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships across internal and external partners.
- Share knowledge to uplift organisational capability planning practices.
- Provide guidance to junior staff and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Experience in policy development and project delivery.
- Strong research, analysis, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration capabilities.
- Understanding of, or ability to quickly acquire, the organisation’s strategic context.
