What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Director in managing multilateral, regional, and co-investment partnerships and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Monitoring project deliverables, budgets and program performance across global initiatives.
- Facilitating international stakeholder engagement and providing strategic advice to guide program delivery.
- Preparing contracts, tenders, funding agreements and high-level correspondence.
- Conducting research analysis and synthesising scientific reports to support investment decisions.
- Supporting internal reporting requirements and communicating the impact of investments to various audiences.
- Driving improvements in business processes, data collection, and automation.
- Assisting with preparation and monitoring of operating budgets.
- Strong organisational and program management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing complex programs or partnerships in government, research, or international contexts.
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare briefs and high-level documents.
- Confidence working in culturally diverse and international settings.
- Technical proficiency in managing contracts, budgets, and program systems.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
- A background in science research and analysis is highly desirable.
